The Town of West Point provides water to residents and the Hampton Roads Sanitation District provides sewer services. Both are billed through the Town of West Point and can be paid online by visiting the link below or by calling (804) 843-4363, mailing to P.O. If there are issues to report involving a town park, please contact Town Hall at (804) 843-3330 or visit us at 802 Main Street to report it in person.
How do I report a streetlight that is out?

Where can I find refuse and recycling information?
The Town of West Point's Public Works Department provides solid waste collection services to Town of West Point residents and select businesses. Services include weekly refuse and recycling collection, monthly bulk refuse collection, and assistance with removal of yard waste.
